3 Year Pu'erh

Pu'erh is a fermented tea from China's Yunnan province. Unlike traditional teas in which 2 young leaves and a bud are plucked from the bush, 3-4 leaves and a bud are plucked, yielding older, broader leaves more suitable to the fermentation process. According to practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine, aged Pu'erh has the ability to induce weight loss, fight cancer, protect the kidneys and ward off many other health ailments

HOW TO STEEP
- Put 1 slightly heaping teaspoon of loose tea into infuser
- Heat fresh water to 212* F
- Pour 8 fl. oz. of water over infuser
- Steep 3-4 minutes. (The longer you steep the stronger the taste)
- Add milk/sugar, if desired
- You can re-steep this tea 2-3 times
